The AccuBlue™ Broad Range dsDNA Quantitation Kit offers sensitive and selective detection of purified dsDNA samples with minimal effects from common contaminants. The kit provides a linear detection range from 2 – 2000 ng and is compatible with fluorescence microplate readers.

Kit sizes
- The 1500 assay size kit includes AccuBlue™ Broad Range Quantitation Solution components and a set of 9 pre-diluted calf thymus dsDNA standards. with sufficient reagents to perform 1500 assays based on a 96-well microplate format.
- The trial size kit includes one DNA standard solution with instructions for preparing a set of standards by serial dilution. AccuBlue™ Broad Range Quantitation Solution is also available separately (cat. no. 31009) for customers who wish to use their own DNA standards.
